SkyWin Roles description
Overview
SkyWin® uses roles which can be assigned to users(s), to determine what a person, logged in or not, can perform and/or see.
Access to the definition of the roles is via SkyWin menu items Register | Access groups...
Description of usage
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| - No user - | Normally only see stuff, and some printouts. This role is also used when SkyWish is running. |
| Authority responsible | Can change the permissions for users and define which actions (in detail) a Role should have access to. |
| Data protection officer | Settings for GDPR cleanup, and perform the cleanup manually for Members. |
| Manifestor | All permissions needed to operate SkyWin on a daily basis. Can NOT change jumps for previous dates. |
| Register responsible | Can do almost everything by default, manage members and old jumps, all settings. |
